Chief Financial Officer_

Tamara Jack is Chief Financial Officer, Corporate Secretary, and Treasurer of LMI. She leads the company’s financial and legal operations, including finance and accounting, treasury, tax, enterprise risk management, legal, real estate, security, and pricing.  

With more than two decades of experience across defense, technology, and government services, Tamara plays a central role in shaping LMI’s business strategy, financial planning, corporate governance, and enterprise growth. She has led major corporate initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, and helped structure LMI’s growth strategy through a combination of organic expansion and strategic acquisitions.  

Tamara led the 2022 sale of LMI from its not-for-profit parent, the largest transaction in the company’s history, helping position LMI as a for-profit technology company serving government customers. She previously served as LMI’s Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary and held earlier legal leadership roles with the company from 2005 to 2015. Before rejoining LMI in 2017, she served as Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Blumont.  

Tamara serves on the boards of the Association for Corporate Growth National Capital and the National Defense Industrial Association, where she is a member of the Executive Committee and chairs the Finance Committee. She holds a bachelor’s degree and juris doctorate from American University.
