Suzan Cengiz

Suzan leads LMI’s performance and business operations, encompassing corporate operations including integrated workforce management, the program management center of excellence, enterprise information technology (IT) services, cybersecurity, contracts and subcontracts, quality management and internal controls, and ethics and compliance. She also leads strategic initiatives such as mergers and acquisitions integrations.

With more than 20 years in the public services industry, Suzan has extensive experience in operations and business transformation, including strategy and planning, organizational design, establishing new functions, large-scale IT programs, growth operations, capture and proposal management, and business development. She managed accounts and programs supplying digital transformation to federal chief information officers for over a decade.

Suzan sits on the boards of The Women’s Center — a nonprofit dedicated to providing mental health counseling, support, and education to the DC metropolitan area to help people live healthy, stable, and productive lives — and the Northern Virginia Chamber of Commerce. She serves on the Advisory Board for the Coalition for Government Procurement.

Suzan holds bachelor’s degrees in psychology and decision sciences and management information systems from George Mason University and a master’s in international policy and practice from The George Washington University. She is also a graduate of the Wharton Executive Development Program.
