Graham Evans

Graham Evans is President of National Security at LMI, leading the company’s Defense and Intelligence business. He brings together mission, technology, delivery, and growth capabilities to help national security, defense, and space customers turn emerging needs into operational outcomes with greater speed.

Before joining LMI, Evans was a Senior Vice President in Booz Allen Hamilton’s Defense Technology Group, where he led a defense AI and platforms organization supporting senior customers across the defense enterprise. His work spanned artificial intelligence, enterprise analytics, rapid software development, and the development of reusable products and platforms for complex national security missions.

Throughout his career, Evans has focused on applying emerging technology to consequential mission challenges. His experience includes enterprise architecture, agile software development, DevOps, data science, and modern data platforms, as well as partnerships with commercial technology companies to bring new capabilities into the federal market.

An engineer by training, Evans brings a hands-on approach to leadership and stays closely connected to customers, technical teams, and delivery. He holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and a master’s degree in systems engineering from Virginia Tech.
