
Chief Revenue Officer_
Christen Smith serves as LMI’s Chief Revenue Officer, leading the company’s market and growth strategy across the federal enterprise. In this role, she is responsible for building and deepening customer relationships, aligning LMI’s capabilities with priority mission needs, and driving growth across core and emerging markets.
Prior to assuming the CRO role, Christen served as LMI’s Solutions Lead, where she worked closely with customers and internal teams to shape offerings around complex mission sets spanning logistics, operations, and enterprise transformation. That experience continues to inform her customer-first approach to growth and market strategy.
With more than 15 years of experience across public policy, data analytics, and organizational leadership, Christen brings a deep understanding of how federal missions evolve—and how trusted partners support them at scale over time. She leads teams focused on translating mission objectives into durable partnerships and sustained impact.
Christen’s career includes leading Abt Global’s U.S. domestic business, delivering evidence-based solutions for government and philanthropic organizations at the national, state, and local levels. Earlier in her career, she spent more than a decade at LMI in senior leadership roles across markets, accounts, and programs, developing long-standing customer relationships in support of critical government missions.
