By accessing the LMI Website, you accept the terms and conditions of this privacy policy.

This policy is effective as of 12 August 2026 and due for review and update on or before 12 August 2027.

Scope

This policy applies to all users of the LMI Website.

  • The LMI Website and services are intended solely for users located within the United States, particularly U.S. federal government or military personnel and U.S.-based commercial partners.
  • LMI does not knowingly market or provide services to individuals outside of the United States, or its Districts and Territories.
  • LMI’s website, communications, and notices are directed to a U.S.-only audience, and LMI does not engage in international transfers of personal information collected via the LMI Website.

Information Collection

LMI may collect your personal information while you are using the LMI Website.

To better match our products and services to your needs, LMI may collect personally identifiable information, including personal identifiers and internet activity. These personal identifiers are pseudo anonymized, meaning that while they tell the unique story of your activity and behavior on the LMI Website, they do not include any directly identifying information such as your name, email address, IP Address, etc.

LMI collects first and last name, as well as email address, only upon the consumer filling a request for information form. This form may include professional/employment data if the consumer provides these details in the request form.

LMI does not collect sensitive identifiers, such as Social Security numbers, precise geolocation, etc. through LMI’s website.

We do not collect any of these personal identifiers unless you provide them to us.

We collect your information for, but do not limit its use to, communicating with you in relation to information, services, and products you have requested from us.

LMI may gather additional personal or non-personal information over the course of established communications and business relationships.

Automatically Collected Information

The LMI Website automatically collects certain information about your computer hardware and software, including your IP Address, browser type, domain names, access times, and referring website addresses.

We use this information to operate the service, maintain the quality of the service, an degenerate general statistics regarding the use of the LMI Website.

Use of Cookies

The LMI Website uses cookies to personalize your online experience.

A cookie is a text file placed on your computer’s hard disk by a web page server. The server uniquely assigns cookies to you – and only web servers in the domain that issued the cookie (i.e., lmisolutions.com) can read that cookie.

Use of Information

LMI uses personal information to conduct and improve business.

LMI collects personal information to support business operations, such as communication, request/service fulfillment, etc. as well as for business strategy development, including consumer feedback, market insights, and product movement.

Tracking User Behavior

LMI tracks the websites and pages our users visit on the LMI website in order to determine what LMI services are the most popular.

User behavior is tracked and uniquely identified by way of pseudo anonymized identifiers, such as:

  • Client ID
  • Effective User ID
  • Pseudo Anonymous Online ID

LMI does not capture name, email address, IP Address, or any other directly identifying personal information for the purposes of user behavior tracking. User stories are merely associated with a unique set of characters tying behavioral data together for analysis and business improvement.

Email Communications

If you provide us with your email address, you agree that LMI may contact you with information and general communication related to the request for information where this email address was provided and collected.

Retention

We retain personal information for no longer than is reasonably necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected, including to meet legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, or contractual requirements; to maintain security and fraud prevention programs; and to preserve business records.

Information Sharing

LMI does not sell, rent, or lease its customer lists to third parties.

LMI shares data with trusted partners for statistical analysis, to send you email or postal mail, for customer support, or to arrange deliveries.

We prohibit all our trusted partners from using your personal information except to provide these services to LMI.

We do not sell personal information and do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral or targeted advertising.

Compliant Disclosure

International Data Transfers

LMI does not perform or engage in international data transfers involving collected consumer personal information. However, LMI may store your data on servers provided by third-party hosting vendors with whom we have contracted, such as Cloud Service Providers.

Right to Correct

You have the right to update or correct any of your personal information held by LMI.

Right to Opt-Out

You have the right to opt-out to the selling of your personal information or sharing of the same for targeted cross-content behavioral advertising.

Right to Limit Sensitive Data

You have the right to restrict the use and disclosure of your sensitive personal information.

Right to Deletion

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal information.

Subject to certain exceptions set out in the following paragraph, on receipt of a verifiable request from you, we will do the following:

  • Delete your personal information from our records.
  • Direct any service providers to delete your personal information from their records.

We may not be able to comply with requests to delete your personal information if we need the information to do any of the following:

  • Complete the transaction for which the personal information was collected, fulfill the terms of a written warranty or product recall, conducted in accordance with federal law, provide a good or service requested by you, or reasonably anticipated in the context of our ongoing business relationship with you, or otherwise perform a contract between you and LMI.
  • Detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity; or prosecute those responsible for that activity.
  • Debug to identify and repair errors that impair functionality.
  • Exercise free speech, ensure the right of another consumer to exercise free speech, or exercise another lawful right.
  • Comply with the California Electronic Communications Protection Privacy Act.
  • Engage in public or peer-reviewed scientific, historical, or statistical research in the public interest adhering to all other applicable ethics and privacy laws, when our deletion of the information likely renders impossible or seriously impairs research, if we obtained your informed consent.
  • Enable solely internal uses reasonably aligned with your expectations based on your relationship with us.
  • Comply with a legal obligation.
  • Otherwise use your personal information, internally, lawfully, and compatibly within the context in which you provided the information.

Right to Non-Discrimination

You have the right to non-discrimination, including equal services and pricing even if you exercise your privacy rights.

Children’s Privacy

LMI does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13.

If you are under the age of 13, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use the LMI Website, and your parent or guardian is entitled to certain rights on your behalf. Security Measures

LMI is committed to safeguarding your personal information as well as our own information, systems, and products.

To secure your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure, LMI ensures that information is encrypted in transit (across the internet, between other networks, and between system components) as well as at rest (when stored).

  • Additionally, systems and components are configured with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) to ensure information and data are only accessed by appropriate and authorized parties and implement the security tenet of least privilege.

LMI relies on industry best practices and emerging intelligence as inputs to system and product designs, ensuring that privacy and security are built into the architecture from the beginning of development and maintained across the lifecycle of our systems, platforms, software applications, and the LMI Website.

  • As a contractor to the U.S. federal government, LMI also implements cybersecurity and privacy safeguards in keeping with applicable federal regulations and contractual obligations where required, such as DFARS 252.204-7012 and NIST SP 800-171, which focus on the protection of defense information in contractor-owned and -managed systems; and NIST SP 800-218, which focuses on the secure development and lifecycle management of software and software systems.

Our security measures protect against unauthorized access to or alteration of your personal information.

However, LMI cannot guarantee the safety of the open internet and wireless networks. Users must understand that data transmission over these mechanisms is never 100% secure.

While we strive to protect your personal information, when providing this information, you acknowledge the following:

  • Security and privacy limitations inherent to the internet are beyond LMI’s control.
  • The security, integrity, and privacy of all information and data exchanged between you and LMI through the LMI Website cannot be 100% guaranteed.

The LMI Website contains links to other sites whose content and privacy practices are not the responsibility of LMI. We recommend, when leaving the LMI Website, you read the privacy statements of any other site to understand how it collects personally identifiable information.

Changes to This Policy

This policy is reviewed at least every 12 months. LMI reserves the right to change this privacy policy.
