NASA Human Capital
NASA Human Capital Program Support Services contract is a multiple-award BPA to maintain and enhance NASA's Human Capital environment, to maintain and improve NASA's HC Accountability Program, and to provide research, analysis, project management, and innovative solutions to support NASA in maintaining cutting edge and adaptive HC programs that support NASA's people and leaders.
Services Available_
NASA Human Capital
- Project management and program management support, such as measurement, analysis, reporting, change management and facilitation, training development and delivery, development and modifications of project documents, general project support, and content and application development.
- Program support will include support for agency-wide and center evaluations, accountability reviews, and the identification of enhancements to methods, processes, or systems to improve their effectiveness and efficiency.
- Tool enhancement through development of user friendly graphical designs that align and coordinate a branding theme across HC; development and implementation of best practice organizational design elements, look and feel, and positive user experience; development and implementation of improved and current portal or system content; development of dashboard concepts, design and organization of dashboard elements; and development of dashboards using Cognos software; and development of metrics and measures, including detailed analysis and organization of metrics into informative user stories.
- In-depth research, analysis and reporting of program data, statistics, employment trends, policies, and legislation related to HR programs policies and new initiatives.
- Analytical support, including complex multi-variable analysis with associated graphical displays to illustrate performance and results of HC programs.
- Communications and change management support, including strategy development, project management, planning, content creation, implementation, and multi-media delivery.
