Returns will be accepted by LMI only when accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization label for up to two years from the date of purchase. Cartridges returned for reasons other than defective will be charged a 15% restock fee.

A prepaid return label will be emailed to you.
Original purchase order number if known, part numbers, quantity to be returned and reason for return and a sample defect page are required when returning defective cartridges. Non-defective cartridges must be in their original packaging and in saleable condition.
To ensure proper protection for testing, please return cartridges in the original box inside of an outer box. Credit will not be issued for products that are non-LMI brand, empty, or if extra toner cartridges are not included on the original RMA request.
