Toner

Remanufactured Toner Warranty

We guarantee that our products, when stored, installed and used under normal conditions, will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of Two Years from the date the cartridge was sold. 

If a product fails during the warranty period, the product will be replaced or credit issued at the option of the buyer in accordance with our Returned Material Policy. We guarantee that our products will not damage the print head or printing mechanism when stored, installed and used in accordance with our recommended procedures or the equipment manufacturer’s recommended procedures. In the event of any damage to a print head or printing mechanism caused solely and directly by the use of our product, we will pay the reasonable cost of service and repair of the print head or printing mechanism. Please ensure to provide LMI with the following information:

(1) A notice within 10 days of the incident
(2) A written service report, signed and authorized by technical service personnel, identifying the supply product as the sole and direct cause of such damage, along with print samples and damaged or replaced parts.

Returns will be accepted by LMI Solutions only when accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization label (RMA) for up to Two Years from the date of purchase.

When returning defective cartridges, please provide an original purchase order number, part numbers, quantity to be returned, reason for return, and a sample defect. To ensure proper protection for testing, please return cartridges in the original box inside of an outer box. Please place the shipping label on the outer box only.

Credit will not be issued for products that are out of warranty, empty, damaged by the customer and non-LMI brand. All items returned must match the original RMA request. Any additional items not included on the original RMA will not receive credit.

Toner Credit Return Policy

Cartridges returned for reasons other than defective will be charged a 15% restock fee. The returned products must be in their original packaging and in a saleable condition. The return authorization will be granted for up to Two Years from the date of purchase.

Printer

Remanufactured Printer Warranty

All LMI Solutions remanufactured printers carry a One Year Warranty from the date of purchase on the printer and all non-consumable printer parts. Consumable items such as fusers, rollers, etc., are covered for 12 months or one duty cycle of that part, whichever is first. Electronic Transfer Belts (ETB) on color models are covered by a 90-day warranty.

The warranty covers defects in product and workmanship only. This warranty does not include network support, computer support, or compatibility issues. This is not a service contract, on-site service reimbursement is not included.

In the event a printer warranty claim is necessary, all claims must be approved by calling (866)-305-8026. Once approved, an RMA (Return Material Authorization) will be generated for the repair part (or printer), and then shipped as a replacement. The RMA number will be provided and must be referenced with the printer that is to be returned to LMI.

Ground shipping is included for replacement part/printer shipments. A pre-paid ground shipping label will also be provided for the return of any parts or printers. If customer requests overnight shipping for the replacement product, this additional charge will be their responsibility. Customers are responsible for damages incurred during shipping. Please package the returned item carefully.

Printer Credit Return Policy

Unused/Unopened items must be returned in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase in order to receive credit. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and credit cannot be issued until the item is received and inspected. Any special order items will be credited at LMI’s discretion.
All warranty items must have an authorized RMA. RMA numbers are obtained from Customer Service Department. The RMA number must be on any paperwork and referenced on the outside of the shipper box of all returns. Customers are responsible for damages incurred during shipping. Please package the returned item carefully.

Parts

New product (OEM) will carry the full manufacturer’s OEM warranty. Warranties vary based on the manufacturer and product. Please reach out to the LMI Customer Service team to obtain the latest OEM warranty policy.
Remanufactured LMI printer service parts, including Eclipse products (fusers, A3 drums, waste containers) carry a 12-month warranty.

Part Warranty Returns

Products returned to LMI Solutions due to a defect or error must be returned with a valid RMA number, a copy of the original invoice, all original packaging (if new), and the reason for the return. A pre-paid ground shipping label will also be provided for the return of any parts. If customer requests overnight shipping for the replacement product, this additional charge will be their responsibility.

When the product is received for warranty, LMI Solutions will inspect it to confirm the product is correct and eligible for a warranty claim. If the product does not qualify under the warranty policy, the customer will be notified with an explanation and the product may be returned at the customer’s expense or disposed of at their direction. To ensure proper protection for testing, please return the part in the original box inside of an outer shipping box.

Part Credit Return Policy

For OEM products (Lexmark, HP, etc…) the OEM seal must be intact and the original box must be clear of writings. No credit will be issued if the OEM returned part is not in a saleable condition with its original packaging intact. Customers are responsible for damages incurred during shipping.
